Each year, VIPMOAA members give out one MOAA ROTC Award Certificate and MOAA Leadership Medal to a junior year student at each of our area colleges with Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs.  VIPMOAA also provides a gift check to a student from Hampton University, Christopher Newport University, and William &Mary University ROTC unit. 

 

 

A MOAA Leadership Medal is given to each of the 11 JROTC units on the Virginia peninsula as well as a gift card. These awards are to junior year cadets.  We award a scholarship to a senior year cadet to be used for post high school education.
