Ron Corson was the President of the VIPMOAA Chapter 2018-2020. He grew up in South Jersey, graduated from Drexel Institute of Technology (now Drexel University) and accepted a commission as a Regular Army Officer.  His assignments included Wildflecken, Germany, Fort Bragg, NC, and Vietnam. He graduated from the Armed Forces Staff College, the US Army War College, and received an MBA in Logistics Management and Operations Research/Systems Analysis from Ohio State University.  After retirement from the Army he was the VP of MANDEX and for 16 years operated JRC Research & Analysis, Inc. He is the Senior Director of the 31st US Infantry Regiment Association.  He met and married his wife, Elvira, of 57 years in Wildflecken.   The Corsons  have 3 sons, 9 grandchildren and three great granddaughters.
